UAGPAN has a firm foundation on global public policy perspectives.
UAGPAN engages in policy analysis, research and relative processes that enhance our strategic initiatives and innovation systems.
FOCUS: Primodially, we apply Public Policy Innovation for the common good and development as a vital premise, which encompasses national advancement, community and citizens’ well-being, growth, progress, food security and empowerment within the framework of democracy, human rights, rule of law and quasi indices in an enviromemtally safe global.
THE TARGET: Our actions motivate community leaders, groups - women, youths, institutions and others within the frameworks of justice and equity, human rights and rule of law.
THE MECHANISM: UAGPAN identifies existential national conditions, uniquely individualistic national policies and tools that are seemingly problematic or defficient, intentionally and directly innovates them within a framework of progressive practices in advanced enties such as United States and quasi developed spaces. Within this backdrop, UAGPAN builds progressive leadership, empowers and enables citizens through direct assistance, aid, help, advocacy, capacity building, education, and other empowerment tools that lift communities and individuals out of hunger, global distress, disasters and other disabilitating conditions. Through UAGPAN’S actionable projects, progressively engineered public policies, communities and citizens are lifted up to thrive.
As a Think-Tank, this network collaborates with willing partners, universities, other strategic institutions, professionals to develop the best dynamic, erudite, well-researehed public policy models and tools. These collaboratory effort enhances and ensures that UAGPAN public policy instruments, processes and productions are authentic, classic, evolved, ground in stone, solid, yet flexible enough to ensure their applicability within the framework of prevailing cultures and extant customary initives of the regions for which they are intended.
